LAUREL BAKERY

We are open for retail Friday through Monday in the Columbia Street Waterfront neighborhood, just south of Brooklyn Bridge Park and west of Cobble Hill.

We take pride in fostering sustainable practices and collaborating with like-minded partners to bring the highest quality ingredients to our offerings. 

Our pastries and breads are made with organic and regenerative flours from Central Milling Grains and River Valley Community Grains while a majority of our ingredients are sourced from frequent visits to the green markets and in close collaborations with local foragers. 

We also serve freshly brewed coffee roasted locally at SEY, which can be paired with our house-made almond and sunflower seed milks.
